Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 26 julho 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from ShopKydara. They should be read together with our Delivery Information, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy. If a specific product page or written order confirmation contains a more specific term, that specific term applies only to the extent that it is clear, lawful and relevant to that order.
1. The customer contract
We are the retailer responsible for the customer contract. We may use fulfilment, manufacturing, website, payment, security and logistics services to operate the store. Those operational arrangements do not change who is responsible for the sale to the customer.
2. Product information and customer checks
We take reasonable care with descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications and compatibility information. Colours, packaging and minor non-material production details may vary. Before ordering, the customer should check the plug type, dimensions, voltage, compatibility and intended use.
Information supplied by a customer during support, including device model, installation method and symptoms, must be complete and accurate. A remedy may be delayed while essential information is missing.
3. Prices, VAT and payment
Prices displayed to UK consumers include applicable VAT. The total payable amount is shown before the order is submitted. We may correct an obvious pricing, description or technical error before accepting or dispatching an order. Payment authorisation or an automated acknowledgement does not, by itself, mean that we have accepted the order.
4. Order acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance because of stock availability, an obvious error, delivery restrictions, product-compliance concerns, suspected fraud, payment risk, abnormal quantity, sanctions restrictions or an inability to complete reasonable verification.
The contract is accepted when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. If we cancel an unaccepted order, the relevant payment will be released or refunded.
5. Quantity, resale and promotions
We may set reasonable quantity limits, restrict promotional offers to one per customer, household, address or payment method, and refuse orders that appear intended for unauthorised resale or designed to circumvent purchase limits.
Promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated and may be withdrawn before an order is accepted where misuse, publication error or technical malfunction is reasonably suspected.
6. Delivery and risk
Delivery is governed by our Delivery Information page. Orders may arrive separately. The customer must provide accurate delivery details and cooperate with reasonable delivery checks. Risk normally passes when the goods come into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer, subject to applicable law.
7. Cancellation, returns and product problems
Cancellation, returns and faulty-goods claims are governed by our Returns & Refunds page and applicable UK consumer law. Our requirement to contact us first is intended to provide the correct return route and preserve evidence; it does not remove a statutory right.
8. Reasonable evidence
Where the facts are not immediately clear, we may request proportionate evidence before deciding the operational route. This may include photographs, video, tracking records, serial numbers, device information, packaging or troubleshooting results. We will not request evidence that is irrelevant or disproportionate to the claim.
9. Account and transaction integrity
Customers must not use false identities, unauthorised payment methods, manipulated evidence, duplicate claims, abusive communications or repeated ordering patterns designed to exploit promotions, refunds or delivery systems. We may secure an account, cancel unaccepted orders and retain relevant evidence where we reasonably suspect misuse.
10. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Before starting a payment dispute, the customer should contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate, unless urgent action is reasonably necessary. Starting a payment dispute does not create an automatic entitlement to keep both the goods and the payment. We may provide order, delivery and communication records to the payment institution.
11. Intellectual property
Our branding, original text, site layouts and graphics belong to us or our licensors. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Site content may not be copied, scraped or commercially reused without permission except where the law permits.
12. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer, or business losses arising from a purchase made as a consumer.
13. Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and provide any remedy required by law.
14. Severability and interpretation
If a term is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. Headings are for convenience. Words such as “including” introduce examples and do not limit the wider meaning of the preceding words.
Where a consumer term could reasonably have more than one meaning, it will be interpreted in the way required by applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms is intended to create a hidden restriction or remove a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law applicable to the customer’s UK jurisdiction. Consumers retain the benefit of mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
